Tunbridge’s 19th-century Town Hall building is available to rent for concerts, functions and gatherings.
Notice: The kitchen in Town Hall will be closed for renovation the entire month of October 2018. No reservations for that room will be available during that timeframe. Other areas of Town Hall will remain available, so please contact Judy Howe at 802-889-3487 for availability when planning your October event.
Rental rates for a 15-hour time period are:
Complete building, $150
Downstairs kitchen and dining, $100
Dining only for meetings, $50
Upstairs only, $75
Free rental for all approved community-based organizations. Although our policy is free rental for approved community-based organizations, it is requested that a once a year donation be made to the Town of Tunbridge to cover cleaning, electricity, heat and other amenities. In the event that the hall is not cleaned, a security deposit will be required for that specific organization in the future.
