Art show reception

Reception for the solo show “Sprites To Live By,” a display of about 30 three-dimensional figures by artist Marion Lent, of Tunbridge. The show runs from July 1 to August 18.
Lent’s “sprites” are handmade, suspended from the library’s ceiling for the show. They have felted bodies with hand-molded and painted antennae, hands, feet and faces. Their wings are sewn in a variety of colored fabric.
