The Board of Listers’ job is to keep property values fair and equitable across town in addition to as close to fair market value as we can.
As a precaution, in light of the COVID-19 pandemic, the Tunbridge Town Office will be closed to the public effective Tuesday morning, March 17, and until further notice. The Town Office staff will remain available to assist you by phone and email.

She will be monitoring messages and email from home and will return your message as soon as possible during her normal business hours. Most of our town clerk’s business can be done online, and the deadline to license dogs has been extended until further notice (meaning you will not receive a late fee if you license after April 1).
